●I have the right to reject any commission that I do not feel
comfortable drawing for any reason.●Once I’m done with the commission, I’ll post the final results or upload a video. Unless the the client ask specifically not to do so.

Payment, Cancellation
& Refund Terms

●Payment can be either 50% or 100% upfront to confirm the service.●For those who pay 50%, The client will need to pay the full 100% after they receive the sketch to move forward with the service.●Payment is done through via PayPal using USD.●Please Do Not send me any payment before I agreed to do your commission.●If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.●If you cancel your order before I start your commission, you can get a full refund.●No refunds or cancellation of the commission piece after I began working on your commission

✦⋆Progress, Schedule & delivery format⋆✦

●I will not work past the sketch until the sketch is approved by the commissioner.●I will send multiple WIPs throughout the commission process.●The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1-2 weeks or more depending on the complexity of the commission.●Once the client is satisfied and has fully paid the commission, I'll send a google drive, link or via email with multiple versions of the drawing.

✦⋆Usage & Copyright⋆✦

●I, the Artist, will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork. (Your characters are still yours.)

YOU CAN:

●Use the commissioned work on any website and social media channels.
(Credit isn't necessary but appreciated.)●Use the commissioned work for icons, banners, profiles, videos, and edits. (Credit isn't necessary but appreciated.)●Make physical prints. (for personal use only)

PLEASE DO NOT:

●Make profit from the commissioned art piece unless you pay for the commercial fee. (reselling, making prints for selling, making merchandise, etc.)●Remove the watermark/signature (unless you pay for the commercial fee.)●Claim my artwork as yours.●You may NOT involve my artwork with NFTs.

●If you are getting a refund, Do Not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

iF you CHOOSE TO commission an item from my ”Will NOT Draw” list with this symbol.✎ (E.G., a Realistic Animal), please be aware that it will be a LEARNING EXPERIENCE for me, and the final result may NOT meet my usual QUALITY STANDARD. If you proceed anyways, you will receive a 50% DISCOUNT on the final price as COMPENSATION for the EXPERIMENTAL nature of the piece.
